No communication - Remote Bookkeeper Paces Ferry Builders Employee Review

The clients were incredibly awesome! Two of the employees were really great to work with.

If you like fly by the seat of your pants contracting then this company is just for you. Their is no office and ZERO support. The owner rarely communicates with his staff during normal business hours but often times in the middle of the night. The review about “man child” is putting it nicely. It’s much more complex than that. I could write a great novel about all the stories I have about this place. Oh and let’s not forget, he doesn’t follow through with financial bonus agreements. Please DO YOUR HOMEWORK about this builder before you get into a business deal with this person. There is probably a reason why you don’t see many real reviews online.

There are none unless you like figuring out what is a lie or not. I can't even say money because it sucked too

Witnessed the owner -multiple times- basically having temper tantrums when running into road blocks with building permits and weather delays- the road blocks were created by his lack of completing necessary documentation in a timely manner. Working there was unlike any other experience I have ever had in a professional role. It was a hostile work environment always waiting on when the next hissy fit would happen. Noone needs to hear a grown man cussing at people behind their back. Completely unprofessional.
