Value the importance of exposure and internship. individualised approach and supportive guidance. Would not be required to work after office hours or very rarely.
Cons
Lack of structure as it is more of a self exploration role. Would be better if clearer goals and kpi is given to set certain directions. Some people are friendlier and nicer than others.
