Great - Baker Pace Processing Employee Review

Staff are all amazing, it's a huge family everyone us very helpful.

Lots of broken promises, staff are treated like slaves, and under paid. I was told I would be getting my pay raise after a bunch of stuff that I had to do (schooling) I got it all done and.... well.... no pay raise. When I was told I could transfer to one of our sister companies I accepted it. But on my last day of work here I find out management never held up their end of the transfer stuff. So I screwed over. Now I had to relocate with no job. And as for more broken promises. The president of the company told me if I finished my 2 weeks off I would get my severance pay as well. Well guess what! Nope now they are saying I quit and I am not eligible for it. But yet they offered me a transfer to help out the sister company! Do not work for this company if you are not ready for long days on your feet and broken promises.
