Pros
Very open door as in they take an all ideas are good ideas approach to anything brought to administrations table, friendly fun environment, flexible work from home policy, upper management is very hands on and approachable and is there to help with pitches and/or obstacle issues at any time, willing to invest time in their employees to help them be successful and grow within the company. The feeling of finding our clients new employees, and finding job seekers new employment is so rewarding and having fun laughing and joking with your teammates while doing it makes it even better!
Cons
We are going through a lot of growth, and with fast growth comes a lot of growing pains and learning to navigate through those growing pains can sometimes be difficult.
