The culture is positive, relaxed and promotes teamwork. I have strong autonomy in my role, so I am able to be creative and innovate new ideas. My managers welcome new ideas that can enhance business processes.

      No company is perfect, we are growing, so maintaining strong communication and enhancing business procedures is an area of opportunity for us.

      Kind leadership that cares about creating a great company to work for and work with. Huge opportunities to grow and continuous learning. Bonuses are earned for good performance. Great team atmosphere. Ability to work remotely.

      no job comes without challenges and frustrating days. This job is not an easy job and not for everyone- you need to be able to handle a fast-paced and always-changing environment.
