Pros

Most interaction is with the people who work at your branch. If you get along with them, daily life is good.

Cons

Folks working from Corporate headquarters treat branch employees as inferior. Frequently hear “that’s the way we’ve always done it.” Incomplete training leaves employees under prepared. Raises come once a year on anniversary date, are not influenced at all by job performance or even title, and are pitiful. Usually 20 cents an hour for all hourly employees, regardless of what job you do or how well you do it.

Pros

Sales and maintenance people were nice, that's about it.

Cons

The management here is led by an absolute monster, she's incredibly demeaning, talks behind peoples backs, is racist and condescending as can be. Incredibly arrogant and never admits fault to anything and hardly does anything except attempt to stir up drama or talk on her phone for personal calls. Their practices are incredibly outdated and for a multi million dollar company they are using old hardware instead of investing money to make their systems faster. This company does not care about the small person or if they are properly making money or not and would rather let bad management lead due to personal relationships then do what's right for the company. On my 90 day orientation day, I was given a sheet of paper as to why I was being fired, that was full of lies. This was one of the most dishonest things I've experienced in my entire life, I had been told by my trainer I was doing an excellent job the same week that I was fired. I advise anyone not just this branch to seek employment elsewhere because you cannot trust anyone in management here.
