Pros
There is an amazing collaborative culture. Every individual who works there is not only really skilled at what they do, but are genuinely wonderful people. It is a company that is always trying to do better and be better. The staff has a deep mutual respect for each other and face challenges as a team. Plus, if you like dogs, you can often find the cutest pup coming over to say hi.
Cons
It is not uncommon that one half of the office will be warm and the other half will be freezing. There is much harmony amongst the staff but apparently not the thermostats.
