Consistent disrespect. So response from supervisors. Micro managed out of ego rather than purpose. The owner is mentally unwell. I legitimately feel bad for him. He takes it out on his employees.

The absolute worst employment experience I have ever had. It is a decent place to work while you’re finding other work. I often feel like not showing up to work.

Micromanagement and a controlling vibe, poor communication, admin rarely responds, unclear/constantly changing tasks, concerns ignored, forced equipment purchases, occasional disrespect, false accusations/paranoia, and 36 hrs labeled “full-time.”
