Back in the days I was very grateful actually, for PacDent to offer me an internship opportunity that created my fundation in my later engineering career. The department supervisor, my collegues, are very welcoming and taught me a lot of stuff when I was a starter. Since the factory was at a start-up stage, there are lot of opportunities here and there if you have sharp eyes.

I have made an review when I just left the company and today I would like to provide a new one as revision. Since there are not many reviews for this company yet, I'd like to say the average score here absolutely does not represent the actualy situation in the company. It is a Chinese company with a traditional Chinese leadership style. And if you do not know what it means, here is a very quick breakdown: micromangement, greed, disrespect, top-down culture, and look good on the outside, but falling apart on the inside. If you were to read all the one start reviews, disregard the fact that they have attitude in their comment, the facts are factual. Be caution that you will not be treated fairly like majority of the US company, but being treated as a "tool" or "resource". The HR department are always helpful and is the only reason the company is getting a great rating thusfar, But all in all, be careful on what you are getting into, or set a specific timeline on how long you would like to stay in the company.
