It was the kind of place where people worked hard but enjoyed being part of the team. Over time, that culture has shifted significantly. There now seems to be constant chaos, with ownership lacking a clear, consistent vision for the company’s direction. The frequent restructuring and layoffs have created an ongoing sense of instability, making it feel like a high-risk environment for anyone hoping to build long-term tenure. Additionally, leadership feels increasingly disconnected from day-to-day realities. Decisions often seem reactive rather than strategic, which has made it harder to feel aligned or confident in the company’s future.
