Pros

Start up vibes with flexibility and free reign to try it all

Cons

You earn every single cent and penny of your pay packet and it won’t cover minimum wage. The hours were so long and demanding.

Pros

They pay a salary every month.

Cons

I have been working for 20 years now. I've changed many companies. A few of them were better than others, but I've never seen a company bad like this. Make a favour to yourself escape and leave them dying little by little....this will happen for sure. The SLT has no idea of what they are doing...continuously looking for investors and rounds of inversion as the company is not profitable. The sales team are badly coordinated, no uniform processes nor training for them. Sales have a huge pressure that force them to jump any logic and rational sentiment to do the most common sense thing. The whole environment is toxic. The company is continuing to cut valid TECH people to save money and this makes impossible to have a good product and an evolution of it. The product in fact is full of bugs and is there because of some willing - usually junior, cheap, developer to fix things when they break, Customers (B2B) periodically compalain about strange behaviors or something not working, but also the B2C customers, meaning the one receiving the packages are affected by the poor quality of the delivery. This is also due to the fact most of the fleets are outsourced to save money and the control of them is not implemented properly. The missing vision (despite they say they have it) and the lack of communication transform the teams in zombies that try to survive. Key roles like CTO for example see a young professional that plays to be Steve Jobs and change ideas and approach every day. STAY AWAY and if you are in ESCAPE (you know what I'm talking about)!
