Pros

Suitable for freshers who want to understand different business functions and are prepared for a demanding work environment.

Cons

1. Role responsibilities may differ significantly from the position offered during hiring. For example, employees hired for web development may be assigned support or operational tasks. 2. Work-life balance can be challenging due to changing priorities and workload expectations. 3. Employees may feel uncomfortable taking leave, including sick leave, because of workplace pressure. 4. Career growth and skill development in a specific domain may not always align with employee expectations. 5.During resignation and notice periods, some employees may experience delays in receiving final salary-related documents and other exit formalities. 6. Communication and employee support processes could be improved to create a more positive work environment.

Pros

Absolutely nothing to say here — unless you count being monitored like a criminal, and watching your self-worth evaporate daily as “perks.

Cons

Everything is micromanaged — who you talk to, how long you talk, how many times you go to the washroom. Nothing escapes their control. The so-called management, a trio I’d call the Three Musketeers of Surveillance, spend 80–85% of their time watching CCTV footage, not to ensure productivity, but to fuel their obsession with control. Ironically, the workload isn’t even that heavy. But the pressure they create is suffocating. It’s not about what you do — it’s about how much they can squeeze out of you while constantly making you feel like you’re under a microscope. They hire interns, exploit them for a year, and when these interns dare to ask for a raise, performance concerns magically appear — carefully crafted by highlighting their weaknesses. You’re left with two options: continue working like a slave for the same salary, or resign — and if you choose to resign, you’re slapped with a 90-day notice period designed to break you further and drain your confidence. Once you’re out, they repeat the cycle. Hire another fresh face at the same salary. Rinse. Repeat. That’s their business philosophy. In my 8 months here, I’ve seen 12 people leave. Not a single person has lasted more than 2 years. This place doesn’t just drain your energy — it chips away at your self-worth, piece by piece.
