I have worked in many large blue-chip multinationals before joining PZ CUSSONS. This is the best company I have been with. It allows you to grow and contribute both professionally and personally. Politics are at a minimum and you can be yourself (no need for all the brown nosing required in almost all other companies). Just focus on doing what is right for the business, and that will be appreciated. It has a great informal environment. The culture will not be right for anyone who is keen to 'develop' his/her career through self-serving agendas, or at the expense of others. Management is open to, and will drive change for the good of the business.
