Pros
Pay is pretty decent, and their LA office is based out of Saatchi so it's super easy to get too if you are a west-sider.
Cons
It's actually just an in house post house. And there are at least 10 bosses, some in different states whom you have to take direction from, most of whom we have never met or been briefed on. Then the French owners call via another manager in England who's the head production exec and he needs something tomorrow AM! Completely cray every day. And the work is not great as Toyota is, let's face it, not making ground breaking work.
