Pros
Paid for not doing much, because the job was stalled by leadership. I can't use my official last title without being outed and I want to be honest, so I'm staying anonymous.
Cons
Absolutely no help with anything from anyone in leadership. Lies will be made. Promises left disregarded. Any fixes you make to improve the processes will be given an "oh." There is zero chance of upward mobility. No one is going to train or teach you. And you will be let go for all your troubles. Don't bother starting here. It's embarrassing how bad the leadership is.
