Pros

Constant chaos forces you to become resourceful and learn how to figure things out on your own.

Cons

Messy and disorganized processes create constant confusion. Too much work and not enough people. Compensation does not reflect the workload or level of responsibility. Employees are expected to wear too many hats. highly political environment. feedback is not always welcomed or acted upon. High turnover rate bad leadership you could check reviews from 3 years ago and they are exactly the same.

Pros

I have been with PX for a short period of time and I have never felt more at home. During my interview process I met with some of the most intelligent, driven, motivated and sincere employees. I choose to join the team and build a career here because of the people. People here care about you, and want to push you to be better through very detailed training and excellent guidance. My mentor has made me more resilant, and stronger to be more independent and owning my work. I love the value that at PX we pride ourselves "ownership" by holding ourself accountable. Till this date I do myself.

Cons

I do not have any con reviews to post, because the people are valuable.

Pros

- Talented and motivated colleagues who genuinely care about their work. - Opportunities to learn and develop skills. - Flexible work arrangements in some departments

Cons

- Executive Leadership communication is inconsistent, making it challenging to understand company priorities and direction. - Career growth and promotion paths are not clearly defined. Promotions are often given to those who are "in the inner circle". - Processes and decision-making structures are slow/unclear, which impacts efficiency. - You spend more time troubleshooting why the technology or reporting is broken than doing actual meaningful work. - Always looking to cut corners for a short term gain that impacts things negatively down the line.
