It is state-owned company so you always have your paycheck on time, if you have family you have some benefits. Strict rules, but easy to follow. Big company but people know each other.
Cons
Everything is slow, paperwork take time to go through HR and higher ups. Very conservative way of doing things but they are upgrading some things.
