      Pros

      Quiet environment, courteous co-workers for the most part, schedule offers some flexibility, work is not repetitive every day

      Cons

      No benefits, no overtime pay, average salary, anti-social work environment, no opportunities for advancement, small family oriented office and culture, new employees get fired on the spot, more senior staff does not take the time to train new employees
