Cons
The league is still young and getting its footing, so certain operations and professional standards aren’t at the level of other leagues yet. League-level management does not communicate well, which can make processes inefficient. There also tends to be a culture of gossip, which can make it hard to trust or form closer bonds with some of your coworkers.
