- Company in turmoil after layoffs - Best Reps Left - No clear career progression - Changing pay structure - Unrealistic Quota Attainment - Bad, cruel leadership even to the best performers - Constant broken promises - Average pay structure (don't expect to hit target unless you get inbound)

- Recent shift in leadership style - Great respectful attitude amongst most go to market teams - Invest into tools and people where needed - CS leadership is amongst the strongest I've worked with

Cons

- US Health insurance is the highest I've ever seen (Over $1,000 a month) - Some staff are very protective of change - Unwillingness to cut some dead weight where needed - Recent layoffs (typical as org moves from startup to scale up)
