The culture at PURE is one that promotes innovation, empathy, excellence and collaboration. Senior management is accessible, approachable and engaged. The personal and professional growth I've experienced in my 5 years at PURE has been more than the previous 10 years combined. I am encouraged to take chances and allowed to make mistakes.
