Pros
PURE really stands out from its competitors in this industry for several reasons. First the company works really hard to cultivate a great company culture and positive work environment, not just in their home office but across all field offices as well. This is strengthened by things like company-wide monthly meetings that cover various topics and engage employees at every level of the company. I'm also surrounded by skilled, knowledgeable coworkers who inspire me to do my best work. They are always willing to help me learn so I can grow and develop in my current role and career path. PURE has been invested in my development since Day 1. Also, the pay and benefits package is competitive. The software used for claims and policy management is up to date and easy to use. Having worked at another larger carrier, PURE is a breath of fresh air. The company is still fairly young and growing at an incredible rate so it's a very exciting time.
