There are no employee resources in comparison to competitors. Always watching your email for another update or another Bridge Course or another PDF file that will just get lost in the mix. Say they love new ideas and are open to improvement but they are just words and not actions. Prefer quantity of work completed over quality of work. Upper management is young and inexperienced which causes tension. Pay is low for the daily responsibilities. Small company with not much upward mobility/only a handful of departments.
