Clear direction of where they are going, access to management team, opportunity to fail and true care for the individual employees that make up the company.
Cons
It is a smaller company that is still growing so there are still some areas that need clear procedures/protocol but that is also part of the beauty of the company; nimble enough to change as necessary.
