Pros
- amazing culture, I have made friends I will have for a lifetime - great benefits offered to employees - flexible PTO and schedule - incredible leadership, coming from another insurance company, PURE has the best leadership I've ever seen. I trust them!
Cons
- pay is lower than competing companies - have a more baseline of standards for employees (ex: don't allow one employee bend the rules and not another for the same thing) - allow employees more time to adjust to changes before adding more
