      Pros

      I can't think of any pros. Awful experience

      Cons

      Pulse along with all branches and sister companies is a very unethical company with an obscene amount of drug abuse (cocaine) in the office ranging down from management to consultants. As an employee the company squeeze as much out of you with giving as little as possible. Would not recommend working here either as an employee or a healthcare specialist.

      Pros

      A diverse group of high-caliber, godly people who are committed wholeheartedly to taking the Gospel to the lost. Pulse employees are a group of people who have top-notch abilities and have committed to serve this mission with their gifts. They are pleasant and warm and yet goal-focused and very effective at setting and achieving goals to move the mission forward.

      Cons

      Not always normal M-F work but flexible in light of this.

      Pros

      The people you find at Pulse are unique. They all have a story that has compelled them to do this work, it's less about a paycheck and more about the mission. Although employees are compensated well and accordingly for a traditional para-church organization, which is uncommon.

      Cons

      Work can naturally flow into personal life, due to deep personal relationships made at work and shared values. There are times are Pulse can be overwhelming, but management is looking to make things more seamless to account for busy seasons.
