The work environment is very great, subtle, and kind. As an intern, I had lots of aspects and skills to learn, but my manager is always patient with me and willing to teach me all the skills I need as a marketer. Plus, the other co-workers and executives are kind as well.

It is a small company so there are lots of work that are often left on your plate. However, no one is keeping an eye on you or pushy. As long as you are professional and getting your work done, there should be no problems.
