Working at PUBG was fast-paced but exciting. Plenty of opportunities are given to employees who are proactive and seek growth. You also get benefits and a yearly bonus.
Cons
Frequent changes in the organizational structure and teams shifting in responsibilities made it confusing to figure out the POCs. Working culture is not necessarily what the company initially made out to be.
The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.
Cons
The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
