      Pros

      Amazing people to work with. I truly enjoy working with each person in the studio. Everyone is helpful, understanding and want to see each other succeed.

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
