The pay is great and the people are excited to work there.

They don't always follow up on closing a contract. Leaving the employee unsure if there is additional work to come.

Great opportunity to edit for C level executives looks great for your reel, Great if you’re straight out of college. They don’t micromanage. So you need to take initiative and make your own decisions. We work is cool.

Management has a huge lack of communication and very unclear it’s probably cus they are always busy and probably need to get organized or hire a personal assistant. Even when you email for safety they tend to forget what you communicated with them. Example hours worked or days off ; specific duties given. Pay is always late and confusing. If you even ask about it politely they seemed almost bothered. Very cliquish no one talks to you, unless they are in a good mood. (Last sentence is Probably a subjective opinion but whatever)
