Pros

-good for part timers in College - flexible hours / not as manager focused -evening calls easier / less work / more breaks between calls -over time available nearly all the time -good training given but on the job hard to track down a manager to answer questions / colleagues would be on calls - have to run down centre to get a question answered while customer on hold for AGES -AHT based - all about how long you are on a call. Heard its been abandoned since I left. But average calls couldnt go over 230 seconds - hard to do. -complaints - so many customer service complaints - angry customers -pay for exams / all banks pay for your exams though

Cons

-high staff turnover -poor pay -no opportunities to go within bank - applied for 3 roles and wasnt given an interview for any -shift work and basic pay - other banks pay extra for shift -pay for your exams but dont motivate you to do them
