1)Higher management is very unreasonable 2) salary never on time almost 15_20 days late 3) extra working will neither be compensated nor will be appreciated 4) HR is amongst the owner of the company so issues raised are never adressed from emloyee prospective . 5) employees are asked to leave the company directly in meetings 6) salarys are kept on hold if payment from client is delayed and employees are held responsible for this (as if its an freelance job) 7) politics amongst teams
