      Verticalized into its main segments. CAD/PLM/ALM. Looks like we're hiring tons of people to fill positions in these verticals. New CEO has a vision that is clear and easy to understand.

      Cons

      Well with verticalization also comes reduction in size. Some of the other teams that are not part of the core verticals had to be cut or let go.
