      Pros

      1) Work Life Balance 2) Seniors and Manager are very supportive 3) We get work and about many tools and technologies Recently PTC also started Mentorship program where anyone can enroll and start learning new skills, with 1:1 mentor. Really loved this idea. Apart from this they also provide online learning platform.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
