Pros
- Smart people! Both book smart and common sense - PTC's Product Portfolio is growing by the minute, I truly feel we can help every customer out there with at least one solution, but more like 5 solutions+. - President's Clubs for Sales -I enjoy the job and the people that I work with - Constant change (could be both + and - )

- Training - Lack of feel of community at PTC (more internal events needed) - Constant Change (could be both + and - )
