Pros
PTC provides a very family-friendly work environment and plenty of opportunity to make a difference. People are super nice and collaborative resulting in a great place to work.
Cons
Company is in a business transition. Their historical businesses in CAD and PLM are struggling and their future will now be dependent on success in the Internet of Things market. This is risky, but can really turn things around.
