      Pros

      The customer projects are interesting and has a lot of scope for learnings. Being Original software developer it is always a boon to work for PTC. Better worklife balance than other consulting firms. Company Car is provided which is sometimes a great benefit.

      Cons

      Slow career progression in Customer Success/Professional Service organisation. No focus on reducing carbon footprint. Everyone is given "big" diesel cars, even if the employee wants a smaller car it is not possible to choose one.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
