Pros

Great technology, good compensation (not when considering #working hours a week)

Cons

Bad satellite offices. PTC only seems to significantly invest in their HQ and transformation centres. Significant number of people work remotely which causes low local team-feeling; (too) many narcistic sales managers; overopportunistic sales management; management staff too far away from local teams (e.g. manay local teams managed by Managers that reside in other countries; lost in (business) translation and cultural differences); ratio direct/indirect revenues are disbalanced.
