Pros
I really enjoyed my time working at PTC mostly because of the people that I worked with. My boss was the best! They were the nicest group of people that I've worked with so far in my career and genuinely showed interest in me as a person and my professional development. PTC was also exciting and there weren't too many dull moments. We were always looking ahead and planning meetings, webcasts etc which made my job feel like an important part of the team.
Cons
Comp was not in line with what I was looking for long term in the type of position I was in. Office space was cold (literally) and too spread out. Weren't a ton of opportunities to meet people from other departments but it was something that they were working on.
