Pros
Strong culture that supports those that work hard, lean in and volunteer for opportunities. The Company frequently changes directions, but that is not a bad thing if don't mind taking advantage of change and trying new things.
Cons
Can be a tough place for new comers. Like any company you need to be on a good team with a good leader. The company is big enough that you can move around if necessary. Be cautious about jumping into the next small team that is not part of the core company. Those new teams tend to disappear quickly.
