Pros
PTC used to be a wonderful company to work for, with a good direction and a great culture. PTC had a very good leader for the product development segment, who was responsible for the wonderful culture of the company. But, things have changed now with the change in leadership. Hope PTC is able to get back to its former form and is able to find its footage in the IoT world.
Cons
PTC is lost at the moment, trying to figure out which way it is supposed to be headed. Good people have left or have been let go. There is a switch in direction and the company is trying to find its way.
