      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Work is not too stressed, flexible in working hours and work from home. Good people.

      Cons

      Outdated technologies and internal tools. Large legacy codebase. Lacking in quality coding practices such as code reviews and unit tests. Many boring maintenance tasks compared to not many interesting development tasks. Not a lot of opportunities to learn, grow, or make an impact. Compensation could be better.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
