Pros
The Pro’s are PTC Alliance is showing capability spearheading an internal propaganda campaign which is likely the CEO ordering the HR department to do so.
Cons
This is a distressed business with tired equipment and that has been hollowed out by its hedge fund owners who have not a clue as to how to run a steel company. The same can be said for the CEO, who is badly wired mainly to compensate for his own insecurities. I suspect that within a short time there will be more propaganda posted to offset this rating, but take heed all who consider working here and do your due diligence accordingly - this is a company that has been circling the toilet bowl for awhile like a massive dump that will not flush.
