      Pros

      New management personnel continuously. The Alliance facility has had 10 safety guys in as many years. Great to have new orientation with management personnel. Good to see minimal effort in hiring diversification, keeps the good o boys alive and kicking. I really enjoy the work environment, never saw the "F" word used so efficiently within management circles. Reminds me of a working environment of the 1940's... sort of like Mad Men, except with steel tubing,

      Cons

      None. Just keep doing what you are doing. You keep OSHA and insurance companies gainfully employed.

      Pros

      The job keeps me busy, and no two days are exactly the same. I troubleshoot equipment, handle repairs, and work with different systems, which helps build a wide range of skills. There are experienced people around who are willing to share their knowledge. I also appreciate that the company offers decent benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k) match.

      Cons

      There are periods when overtime is needed to keep production running.
