Pros
The junior staff is great and you get a chance to bond by working in the trenches and making lots of money for the senior partners. It's easy to get a bonus as long as you're willing to sell out your colleagues and keep quiet about it.
Cons
The senior partners are not to be trusted. They'll tell you ANYTHING you want to hear in order to keep you in the trenches. Fairness and openness is something that they'll preach, but it's not something you're likely to see much of. Smoke and mirrors.
