Pros

Opportunity to work remotely, which provides flexibility in managing work-life balance. They have an annual team meeting, but only if you manage to stay with the company long enough to attend.

Cons

I worked at this company for a considerable time, and I can confidently say it has become a toxic place to work. Initially, when it was a small company, things were good, and there was a sense of camaraderie and fair treatment. However, as the business grew, the leadership became increasingly greedy and exploitative. The company has a culture of micromanaging employees to the point of suffocation. Managers constantly hover over your work, leaving little room for creativity or independent thought. There is an ongoing practice of hiring and firing employees without much thought, always looking for cheaper replacements. There's no sense of job security, and it's clear that employees are viewed as disposable. Annual salary hikes are non-existent, and any talk of raises is quickly dismissed. They hire talented individuals to set up processes and create documentation — essentially buying out intellectual property for a few months’ salary. Once the work is done, they swiftly replace those employees with cheaper labor from third-world countries. One of the most alarming things is the sheer number of recruiters on their team. At any given time, 25-30% of the total team strength consists of recruiters. This is unlike anything I've seen at any other company. It seems they’re always in a hiring spree, not because they’re growing, but because they’re constantly cycling through employees to cut costs. Overall, the work environment has become exploitative and unsustainable. If you value job security, fair treatment, and a healthy work environment, I would strongly advise against joining this company. It's a revolving door of hires and fires, driven by a pursuit of the cheapest possible labor rather than cultivating a stable and supportive workforce.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you have this misconception about PST.AG. Over the past few years, we have transitioned to a global, remote setup to attract talent from diverse locations, a practice common among many companies. However, we hire strictly based on merit through a rigorous selection process and offer our employees the security of permanent contracts. We have no intention of rotating personnel and strive to retain our employees for as long as possible. If dismissals occur, they are for good cause and are never taken lightly. We typically have one or two on-site recruiters who help fill key roles and expand our teams. PST.AG is currently in a growth phase, having increased our personnel by more than 50% in the past year. We now have 55 employees, a significant increase from just five years ago when we had 12 employees. This growth brings new challenges, but we are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of each employee and addressing their needs and expectations. If you would like to discuss your feedback in more detail, please feel free to contact our HR team directly.
