Interesting technical work with a modern stack. There are talented engineers on the team, and remote work is a plus when collaboration works well.
Cons
Feedback often feels inconsistent (you're told you're doing great, and then suddenly there are many issues), and politics can outweigh performance. Team dynamics play a significant role, and if you are not part of the right circle, you are at a disadvantage no matter how much you contribute. The web team in particular struggled with uneven workload distribution. Some people worked on visible projects, while others were left handling chores, bug fixes, and repetitive tasks. Leadership included a few "strong" personalities who struggled with handling disagreement, creating a tense and stressful environment. In addition, some individuals displayed dismissive behavior, cliques formed easily, and inflated egos often overshadowed collaboration, all of which felt at odds with the company’s stated values. Psychological safety was largely absent. The combination of these factors created a stressful and often unfair environment that negatively impacted both work-life balance and overall well-being.
