      Team environment, exposure to all aspects of the business, day to day hands on experience with executive management team

      Cons

      Workload incredibly large for individual employees with no salary increases, unable to have a good work/life balance due to the workload.

      Initially you will feel fully supported Decent benefits selections Some great lower level employees

      Cons

      Refuse to do employee reviews even though they are required per their employee handbook. They drag all promotions out as long as possible, If you bring complaints/concerns you will be dismissed and belittled. Then later fired with a bogus reason as a result. Rampant nepotism where executives family members have jobs they simply are not qualified for
