Pros
Great benefits (higher health care reimbursement than usual), education reimbursement, company community involvement. The "government customer" i worked for had last century thinking, constantly made racisist and homophobic comments but was only tolerated because its nearly impossibly to fire government employees. The people outside of my group that worked for PSI Pax were excellent and great at communicating.
Cons
Its hard to say you work for PSI Pax when you actually work for the government performing tasks on behalf of PSI Pax. It would have been easier to deal with the company directly or at least with a manager that was more familiar with what I did. Reviews are self written and briefly reviewed by manager that had no clue about what you do. It seems like a waste of time to hire the manager in the first place!
