Pros
Company culture was great. A lot of travel to other countries, if you're into that. I think they only ever fired two people in their history, according to company lore.
Cons
Pay is a little on the low end compared to local averages. If you don't like traveling with a per diam to interesting cities, for example if you have a family who you would prefer to stay close to.
